Parking is available on the northside of the store, as well as all along the street.

Yes, absolutely! If it isn't something we are interested in we have a network of vendors who may be interested in your vintage and antiques. We know it can be overwhelming dealing with an Estate or Hoarding situation and we are here to help.

No, we are not licensed for appraisal.

Unfortunately not, our inventory is constantly changing daily from new finds arriving to finds leaving to new homes.

Please check out the Become a Vendor page, at this time we are full, and there is a waitlist. There is an unknown amount of time. We will contact the applicant if space becomes available. We refuse to oversaturate our shop to ensure that our vendors who supported us in the beginning are thriving, and not to overwhelm customers.

Due to the nature of our business, everything is second hand and generally one of a kind. customer is responsible for looking over and noticing items condition before purchasing.

RETURNS

All Sales are final. CCVM does not offer returns or exchanges. All merchandise is sold ‘as-is” Please do not hesitate to ask questions or request additional photos, videos and a detailed condition report prior to purchasing- we want our customers to feel comfortable in their purchase even if they are unable to view the item in person prior to purchasing. Each piece offered for sale is vintage or antique therefore you should expect pieces will show some some signs of wear consistent with age and use.

HOLDS

CCVM does not put items on hold. Items are not consider ‘SOLD’ until full payment is received. We are able to hold items after payment for seven days.  

PICKING-UP

Sold items must be picked up within seven days of purchase. If additional time is needed please coordinate directly with us prior to purchasing. In most cases arrangements  can be made to store items for an additional storage fee. Please bring packing materiel (packing blankets, bubble, tie downs) and help as needed to pick up furniture as we can not guarantee help loading items.

SHIPPING

We are able to ship within North America at this time.

We are brand new, and are still working on the foundation of the store, and our employees before we would be able to offer this. We would also have to have the traffic to justify this. At this time it is not in the near future.

No. We hire our vendors before we hire anyone outside of the store as we want to see our vendors be able to support themselves fulltime from working here and/or selling. Our vendors are top tier customer service support specialists and know the product and store better than we could train anyone.
