What is our rate of consignment?

  • 60% of Price to Owner of Item, 40% to the mall; no rental fees.

  • We do NOT refinish your pieces, if we think they will be of greater value refinished we will discuss your options with you.

  • Send us an email with photos of your item that you would like to consign, if we determine it is a good fit, we will discuss a preliminary selling price. Once the item is in the store, we can then determine the selling price for your piece - as sometimes photos do not show the damage or sometimes it’s better in person than photo. A contract will then be signed with regards to selling the furniture.

  • Furniture contract is for one month, if the item does not sell and you have left the item, we will keep the item and sell at quickest possible price, and you will receive 30% of the sold price.

  • Description text goeWe are proud of the quality of our inventory and reserve the right to decline items we feel are not suitable for our customers. Items must be Mid Century Modern - ideally Teak or Walnut. We will take smaller side tables, some art, and some lighting as well on consignment.

    We will not accept:

    • broken, badly stained or damaged goods.

    • furniture exposed to heavy smoke, perfume or pet hairs here

    • Sporting goods

    • Small appliances

    • Large appliances

    • Home healthcare and mobility equipment

    • Mattresses

    • Baby furniture or equipment

    • Self-assembly furniture

    • Entertainment units

    • Bedding and table linens

    • Drapery

    • Clothing and shoes

    • Chipped, broken, or stained goods

    • Collector plates

    • Dolls

    • Pianos

    • Posters and prints

    • Liqueur glasses

    • Pinwheel crystal

    • Coach, Michael Kors, Tory Burch and Kate Spade handbags

  • Until an agreement has been made, please do NOT bring items in. Further instructions will be made after the agreement. We do not pick up or drop of furniture.

  • Your item(s) will be given an initial price for 30 days. If your items have not sold after 30 days, the selling price will be reduced by 10% of the original price. Following the initial reduction, the items will continue to be reduced by an additional 10%. If the item is not sold within 6 weeks we will ask you to pick up the item. Your alternative options will be to sell the item to us at 30% of the determined value.

  • We do everything digitally. We will email a email money transfer on the first of the following month.
