Become a Vendor!
We are excited that you’re interested in becoming a vendor! We pride our vintage mall on having constantly revolving vintage products that are new and exciting.
Capital City Vintage was started from the ground up in 2021. Working tirelessly over the past three years at markets, malls, and doing a vast amount of market research between Canada and the USA on the market, trends, what other malls do in terms of function & software, marketing techniques, vendor displays, and themes - we now have a brick and mortar store.
When you have the right space and marketing the customers enjoy their experience.
We are a Vintage and Antiques Mall
Makers refurbishing/transforming vintage into new pieces are welcome.
Priority will be given to vintage vendors (1950s-2000 eras) – this can be reworked clothing or furniture as long as the original item was vintage. Vintage household and clothing, mid century modern, retro, rustic, jewelry, salvaged, retro, pin up, collectibles, nostalgia, toys., oil and gas, repurposed/reclaimed/worked/upcycled vintage, antiques.
Capital City Vintage Vendor Advantage

FAQ
Do I need to have a business name? No
Are there walls? Only in some spaces.
Is there electricity? Only in some booths.
Can I put up walls? No, you cannot install large walls into your space. We are not a traditional antique mall.
Can I put nails/screws in the walls? Yes.
Do the shelves have backs? No
Will you ship? Yes, we will ship items to online customers for you, when sold through the store, this will take time to get up and running.
When Can I stock? Anytime we are here, we ask you bring your items to the vendor room, unpack and tag, and then trolly your items out to your booth. Ideally vendors will not come in unless here to assist during the busy times. We will have vendor days/evenings in the future.
Can I have clothing in my booth, or is it only allowed in the clothing area? You bet, you will need your own rack, but we prefer everyone uses our hangers to keep a consistent look, and then we avoid having to track down hanger owners.
Do your charge a deposit, why? Yes, instead of keeping credit cards on file we charge first month as well as one month deposit. This covers us if you fail to sell enough or pay us for rent.
What is vendor room? The vendor room is for vendors to unload in and print off their tags.
What software do you use? Ricochet
How are vendors paid? Vendors are paid on the first of the month (as long as it isn’t a holiday) via Email Money Transfer.
Why no Walls? We have selected a different and more open and inviting set up. Walls also assist with theft, and limit creativity.
